Prices are voted at the beginning of each year by the Castaing Centre Committee for Strategic Orientation. The governing authorities of the Castaing Centre and the directors of the founding laboratories participated in establishing the prices. They respect current regulations especially those covering equipment bought by FEDER funds.
The rates applied depend on the organisation being billed : members of the Federal University of Toulouse Midi-Pyrenees are not charged the same as other users.
Users can work without surveillance on equipment if they have been trained by Castaing Centre staff and are recorded as being among those people able to work alone on that instrument. If not, they will be constantly accompanied by the person responsible for the instrument.
For all users, the expertise and experience of the Castaing Centre staff will be offered to optimise the conditions of analysis and/or observation and for the interpretation of the data.
